document imaging solution is always operational. Upgrades to the
latest version of LaserFiche guarantees the best possible
performance.
LSAP (Laserfiche Software Assurance Program) subscribers receive:
- 24-hour FTP access to each
new LaserFiche release as well as updated drivers (LaserFiche
routinely issues two to four new releases per year).
- Monthly newsletters & tech
updates relating to LaserFiche and document imaging.
- Unlimited 8:30AM through
5:00PM Monday through Friday telephone support. Saturday,
Sunday and Holiday emergency support is also included.
- Preventive maintenance and
on-site support.
