Digital Original offers LaserFiche Support and Upgrades. Support ensures that your document imaging solution is always operational. Upgrades to the latest version of LaserFiche guarantees the best possible performance.
LSAP (Laserfiche Software Assurance Program) subscribers receive:
  • 24-hour FTP access to each new LaserFiche release as well as updated drivers (LaserFiche routinely issues two to four new releases per year).
  • Monthly newsletters & tech updates relating to LaserFiche and document imaging.
  • Unlimited 8:30AM through 5:00PM Monday through Friday telephone support. Saturday, Sunday and Holiday emergency support is also included.
  • Preventive maintenance and on-site support.
