Document Preparation
Document Preparation is an
essential and time consuming component of the
scanning process. Our staff members are highly
trained and detailed oriented individuals who
are meticulous in handling your mission-critical
documents. Prior to scanning, all documents
must be prepped. The document preparation
process includes: removing staples, paperclips,
tape, mending torn pages, and removing documents
from binders. |
|
Optical Character Recognition
(OCR) and Indexing Services
Scanned documents are put through
an imaging process called Optical Character
Recognition (OCR), which allows you to perform
full-text searches.
Documents are also assigned index
fields. Index fields are keywords related
to your documents that allow you to perform
template searches. |
